Company Strategy & Business GrowthContribute to the definition, refinement, and operational roll-out of Unlimitail's global strategy, aligned with our ambition to lead Retail Media both online and in-store (omnicanality).Drive online performance acceleration: identify key levers across the media funnel (on-site, off-site, retailer.com) and work with Sales, Product, and Operations to activate them.Shape Unlimitail's approach to in-store Retail Media growth: define commercial models, activation strategies, measurement standards, and go-to-market plans.Support strategic prioritization and investment decisions across countries, business lines, and product verticals.2. Board & Shareholder ManagementPrepare strategic materials and updates for Carrefour and Publicis (Board, ExCom, Strategy Committees).Coordinate inputs across departments to deliver clear, insight-driven narratives for C-level stakeholders.3. Performance ManagementBuild and maintain KPIs and business performance dashboards.Identify operational improvement areas and support teams in driving execution and impact.4.
