The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. The role also involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the studio's growth through effective communication and collaboration with both internal teams and external clients.What You'll DoLeverage your existing network to generate warm introductions to decision-makersIdentify organizations aligned with our values and service offeringManage initial conversations through to proposal stageBuild and maintain relationships with potential clients across sectorsWhat We're Looking ForEstablished relationships with CMOs, founders, or cultural leaders in luxury, web3, or mission-driven organizationsUnderstanding of brand strategy vs. traditional marketingPreference for quality over volume - you know the difference between a good fit and any fitIdeally no cold outreach or automation tools. We value genuine connection.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify trends and opportunitiesExcellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholdersExpertise in lead generation and proven ability to develop a pipeline of prospective clientsProficiency in conducting market research and applying insights to business strategiesCustomer service skills to build lasting relationships and provide exceptional client supportAdaptability and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in business development, sales, or a related role is an advantageCompensationCommission based structure rewarding meaningful introductions that convert into retainer clients.
