**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Entry & Strategy Development**:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs, and industry trends in France.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy tailored to the French market.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to support market entry and growth.
**Business Development**:
- Identify and engage potential clients, partners, and distributors in France.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, events, and market outreach.
**Sales & Revenue Generation**:
- Present the companys value proposition, products, and services to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
**Localization & Collaboration**:
- Adapt marketing materials, sales pitches, and strategies to suit the French culture and market preferences.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align on goals and deliver seamless client experiences.
**Reporting & Insights**:
- Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and business development efforts to senior management.
- Offer actionable insights to refine strategies and improve market penetration.
**Qualifications**:
**Education & Experience**:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion, preferably with exposure to the French market.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy.
- Minimum of five years of experience
- Proven experience in sales in healthcare sectors in France.
- Proven experience in working with Startups is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex concepts.
- Self-motivated, and results-driven with entrepreneur mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Fluency in French and English languages.
