This isn’t a surface -level marketing site. You’ll own a fully composable, enterprise -grade platform powering billions in transactions across 50+ countries. As Chief Product Owner<\/b>, you’ll shape the future of customer experience end -to -end: from first search â checkout â post -purchase self -service.

THE ROLE
<\/h3>

1. Own the Global Digital Platform<\/b>
<\/p>

Define and evolve the technical vision for the global website, portal, and eCommerce stack.
<\/p><\/li>

Translate commercial strategy into scalable, secure, and high -performing capabilities.
<\/p><\/li>

Drive initiatives like headless commerce migration, checkout redesign, and global self -service adoption.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

2. Lead the Full Customer Journey<\/b>
<\/p>

Pre -Purchase: search, navigation, personalization, SEO, CMS.
<\/p><\/li>

Purchase: checkout, payments, identity, pricing engines.
<\/p><\/li>

Post -Purchase: orders, invoices, claims, reorders, account management.
<\/p><\/li>

Guarantee a seamless, consistent UX while enabling local flexibility through modular architecture.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

3. Leadership & Governance<\/b>
<\/p>

Lead and mentor global Product Owners, UX, and digital squads.
<\/p><\/li>

Partner with Engineering, Cloud, Security, and Data teams to deliver at enterprise scale.
<\/p><\/li>

Champion agile methods, product management best practices, and platform governance.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

4. Performance & Innovation<\/b>
<\/p>

Own platform KPIs: conversion, Core Web Vitals, API uptime, self -service adoption.
<\/p><\/li>

Prioritize the global backlog with focus on value, scalability, and velocity.
<\/p><\/li>

Champion modern architecture: Headless, Composable, MACH, microservices, API -first.
<\/p><\/li>

Stay ahead of digital commerce trends, ensuring the platform remains best -in -class.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

YOUR PROFILE<\/h3>

Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
<\/p><\/li>

10+ years in digital product leadership, including 5+ owning high -scale eCommerce or B2B digital platforms (>€100m+ revenue).
<\/p><\/li>

Proven leadership of cross -functional, global teams in complex digital ecosystems.
<\/p><\/li>

Deep understanding of modern web architecture, cloud, security, UX/UI, and digital analytics.
<\/p><\/li>

Hands -on technical fluency: you can debate APIs, latency, architecture trade -offs, and challenge engineers.
<\/p><\/li>

Experience with enterprise commerce stacks (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce B2B Commerce, or similar).
<\/p><\/li>

Passion for innovation, measurable impact, and continuous improvement.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
