✈️ MCC Technician – Cargo Airline (France)

We are currently supporting a fast-growing European cargo airline in the search for an MCC Technician to join their operations team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment within a company undergoing strong expansion in the air cargo sector.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the MCC leadership team, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and fleet reliability by:

• Coordinating and supporting line maintenance activities across the network
• Monitoring aircraft technical status and ensuring continuous airworthiness
• Managing and following up on technical defects reported by flight crews in accordance with regulatory and OEM standards
• Providing technical support during aircraft ground time and overseeing ongoing maintenance actions
• Ensuring proper application and control of MEL/CDL procedures
• Overseeing scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance tasks (pre-flight, daily, weekly checks, and additional work orders)
• Tracking deferred defects and coordinating required actions, including parts and documentation flow
• Maintaining accurate technical records and ensuring proper communication with relevant departments
• Reporting fleet technical status to operations and assessing operational impact of technical issues
• Supporting compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Ensuring proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and technical documentation

👤 Profile & Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent practical experience in line maintenance or MCC/MOC environments
• Previous experience on wide-body aircraft (such as A330 and/or B777) is highly valued
• Good command of technical English (written and spoken)
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with effective communication skills
