Join us and you'll build a career where your work makes a difference every day.   MOVE WITH PURPOSE Your Impact Starts Here   The Pricing Coordinator plays an important role in supporting customers, accounts, overseas agents and consumers by coordinating surveys and preparing competitive relocation quotations before bookings are confirmed. This role directly contributes to business growth by ensuring timely survey execution, delivering efficient and cost-effective pricing solutions, and increasing booking conversion rates through proactive follow-up and customer engagement.   In this role, you will: Coordinate and manage relocation surveys from initial request through receipt of survey results Act as the primary point of contact for transferees, introducing yourself promptly via email or phone, depending on customer preference Schedule survey appointments with transferees, surveyors, origin agents, and virtual survey providers Monitor survey progress and follow up to ensure survey reports are received on time. Provide regular updates to customers, accounts, agents, and consumers regarding survey status Plan the most efficient and cost-effective shipment routing based on customer requirements. Develop quotations using existing tariffs and negotiate pricing with agents and vendors to secure the best commercial outcome Deliver quotations and rate requests accurately and within agreed timelines Proactively follow up on quotations, negotiate where appropriate, and help maximize closing ratios Facilitate a smooth handover to the Move Management team once move is confirmed   GROW WITH INTENTION What You'll Bring   Essential Minimum 2 years of experience in Pricing, Move Management, or a related international relocation environment Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering excellent service Experience building and maintaining operational and pricing reports Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of international household goods moving and mobility services   Preferred Strong commercial awareness and ability to optimize margins through efficient routing decisions High energy and enthusiasm that translates positively through phone and email interactions   You'll Thrive at Sirva If You: Think smart Lead with helpfulness Put people first Take responsibility   LIVE THE SIRVA LIFE Belong at Sirva At Sirva, we are committed to creating an environment where employees can thrive professionally and personally.
