Human Resources Business Partner
Tasks
- In coordination with the Head of HR you partner with management and employees to provide hands-on HR guidance and strategic advice across employee relations, performance management, talent management, and people development.
- Drive HR initiatives and people strategies aligned with business objectives supporting organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, retention, and a culture of excellence.
- Advise on complex employee relations matters, including conflict management, grievances, performance issues, and the application of HR policies and corporate guidelines in the French market.
- Analyze workforce data, HR trends, and market insights to identify needs, provide actionable recommendations, and support informed people-related decision-making
- Identify and implement development and training initiatives in collaboration with local managers, senior leadership, and HR teams to strengthen individual and organizational capabilities

Requirements and skills
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or comparable role within an international environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and advise managers and employees effectively
- Solid knowledge and hands-on experience across core HR topics, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and employee development
- Thorough knowledge of French labor legislation and HR best practices, combined with a good understanding of HR policies and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; fluent in French and English
