What This Expertise Covers
Innovation is about identifying new opportunities and creating practical solutions to address Transdev’s key challenges whether environmental, operational, customer focused, HR related, or safety related. It involves supporting internal initiatives while engaging with a broader ecosystem of innovative partners and stakeholders.
Employees in this expertise field initiate, lead or support and evaluate experimentation projects, and coordinate innovation processes using LEMON methodologies.


Key Responsibilities
• Operations Support
Identify and consolidate innovation opportunities on the centralized capitalization platform Innovation Flow.
Support entities in establishing partnerships negotiation, contracting, and implementation setup.
Provide methodologies and facilitate workshops on innovation and innovation project management.
• Innovation Project Management
Design and conduct experiments to test new products and services on pilot sites prior to Group wide deployment.
Apply rapid testing with users, prototyping, frugal approaches, and fast measurement of results.
• Community Animation
Promote a culture of innovation across the Group.
Share best practices, tools, and concrete methods for developing new solutions and services.
Support LEMON referents through the exploration, framing, preparation, evaluation, and valorization phases of experimentation projects.
• Tender Support
Provide technical input and expertise for responses to calls for tender, ensuring innovative solutions are integrated when relevant.
