Role: SAP Project Manager
Location: Bloise, France
Employment Type: Permanent or Sub-con ONLY
Contract Duration: The candidates contract will be for 10 Months with extension possibility
Experience: 12+ Years relevant experience ONLY
Salary/Pay Rate: Up to 800 Euros/Day for sub-contractors and Up to 180K Euros/Annum for Permanent
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days from client office)
Language: English and French (Both Mandatory)
Job Decription:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager with strong Multi-Disciplinary Engineering, MDE, and SAP delivery experience to lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and successful delivery of SAP solutions while coordinating global and local teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP implementation rollout enhancement and AMS projects
- Manage project scope schedule budget resources risks issues and dependencies
- Drive project governance and ensure adherence to delivery methodologies
- Coordinate with business stakeholders functional consultants technical teams and thirdparty vendors
- Oversee MDErelated workstreams and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Conduct project status reviews steering committee meetings and executive reporting
- Manage RAID logs Risks Assumptions Issues and Dependencies
- Monitor project KPIs milestones deliverables and quality standards
- Support change management user acceptance testing and golive activities
- Ensure compliance with organizational and customer processes
Required Skills/Experience:
- 10 years of experience in SAP project/program management
- Proven experience managing SAP S4HANA implementation or transformation projects
- Strong understanding of SAP functional and technical landscapes
- Experience working with MDE methodologies and crossfunctional engineering teams
- Expertise in project planning forecasting budgeting and resource management
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
- Experience with Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile or SAP Activate certification
- Experience working with European clients and multicultural teams
- Knowledge of French business practices is an advantage
- French language skills are desirable but not mandatory
