We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team, based in Paris. This role is responsible for amplifying Spinergie’s market reach by orchestrating coordinated go-to-market motions across our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and market segments.
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you hold a pivotal role in raising brand and product awareness across every segment we sell into. You will build and operate the tools, processes, content, and automations that these GTM motions depend on, directly equipping our relationship-driven sales team to cover a concentrated market with precision. You’ll report into Patrick’s team (VP Sales & Marketing), in Jean’s organization (co-founder and CEO).
Responsibilities
Marketing and Campaigns
Product launch management for new modules and features, executing against positioning set by Sales leadership
Segment-specific multi-channel campaign planning and execution
Outbound campaigns and account-based marketing
Lead nurturing and lifecycle programs to maintain engagement and awareness
Own and iterate sales and marketing collateral, e.g. brochures, solution one-pagers, scoping sheets, campaign assets and define the messaging for product
Market and Account Intelligence
Market segmentation and go-to-market channel mapping
Target account stakeholder mapping and engagement monitoring
Competitive intelligence: maintaining a current view of the competitive landscape and how we position against it
Mining customer and prospect engagement data (sales call recordings and transcripts, and post-deployment customer feedback) to sharpen messaging, collateral, and enablement materials
Win/loss analysis and the feedback loop into positioning and sales materials
Sales Enablement and Operations
Sales enablement program: onboarding materials, product presentation, ICP x use case mapping, and competitive positioning guides
Enablement tooling and resource management, keeping the sales team equipped with current, findable, usable assets
HubSpot administration: architecture, properties, lead and deal workflows, sequences, scoring, and data hygiene
Workflow and automation build, monitoring, and maintenance with our digital tools suite (eg. Notion, HubSpot, Modjo, Claude, Dust)
Reporting and analysis: account coverage and engagement, pipeline health, forecast vs actual, and campaign contribution
Preferred experience
3–6 years in B2B marketing, commercial operations, or a hybrid of both; SaaS preferred
Strong practical design ability, builds polished PowerPoint decks and campaign assets independently, with a good eye for layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency
HubSpot power user, Marketing and CRM hubs
Writes well enough to draft customer-facing copy without a ghostwriter
Comfortable working with technical and industrial subject matter; maritime, energy, or logistics exposure a plus
Analytical and comfortable working in data, able to turn CRM and engagement data into a clear recommendation
English fluent as all work will be done in English; French useful

Business Case: An on-site interview during which you will be invited to demonstrate your marketing expertise through a technical case study followed by an in-depth discussion on your past achievements.
Culture Fit: A final meeting with another Spinergie employee. This session focuses on interpersonal synergy, our shared values, and the collaborative spirit of the Spinergie team.
