Role Overview

The HR Business Partner supports our Strategic Marketing teams, based in Boulogne-Billancourt (Hilti Digital Marketing Services), by performing the following missions:

  • Actively contribute to organizational performance by supporting directors, managers, and employees in the implementation of the HR strategy aligned with our business priorities
  • Ensure effective human resources management aligned with company objectives, while promoting a culture of excellence, engagement, and inclusion
  • Implement and locally support global, regional, and local HR initiatives

What You’ll Do

1. Strategic Partnership

  • Collaborate with directors and managers to align HR priorities with business needs
  • Identify organizational, skills, and talent needs to support company growth and employee development

2. Performance Management

  • Oversee, monitor, and optimize performance evaluation processes (My Contribution: goal setting and annual performance review)
  • Coach and support managers in setting and tracking FAST objectives (Frequently Discussed, Ambitious, Specific, and Transparent) to ensure quality, rating consistency, and alignment with company strategy
  • Promote a culture of continuous coaching and feedback to foster skill development and maintain high performance
  • Advise and coach managers in developing their teams (preparation of MyD Development Discussions, development actions using the 70/20/10 approach, identification of training needs, etc.)

3. Talent Management

  • Lead onboarding, skills development, and internal promotion/mobility processes
  • Support managers in identifying high‑potential employees and managing succession plans and talent pools (through preparation, execution, and follow‑up of Hilti People Reviews)

4. Employee Relations & Workplace Climate

  • Handle the first level of assessment and management of disciplinary cases in partnership with dedicated legal teams
  • Contribute to initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement

5. HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure compliance with legal obligations and internal policies
  • Supervise administrative aspects of employee management in coordination with payroll and HR administration teams

6. Change Management

  • Support organizational transformation projects
  • Advise and train managers on change management best practices
  • Support Learning & Development teams in strengthening managerial capabilities

What You’ll Bring

  • Knwoledge in employment law and labor relations
  • Proficiency in HR tools and processes (Workday HRIS, recruitment tools, etc.) and strong command of Excel
  • Talent identification skills: ability to spot potential, conduct assessments to build a talent pipeline, and provide objective recommendations
  • Strong data analysis skills: ability to interpret HR data to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of HR strategies, and propose actions
  • In‑depth knowledge of talent development and competency management processes
  • Experience (5 year minimum) as HRBP, with a strong knowledge on coaching the managers / talent management / potential's & performance's calibration
  • Advanced professional English (fluency in French is an asset; a third language is appreciated)
  • Applicants with an experience and knowledge of tech roles (developer, product owner, agile coach, scrum master, ...) and/or software/IT, will be considered in priority
