About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and autonomous engineer to take full ownership of our platform's health, governance, and evolution.
While this role requires managing our current Salesforce environments, it carries a crucial mandate for global platform monitoring and reliability.
You will be accountable for the end-to-end, customer-outcome reliability of production. We operate in a fast-paced environment where our infrastructure and tools constantly evolve. Therefore, we need a forward-thinking engineer with a broad technical mindset who is highly adaptable and capable of applying their monitoring and development skills across diverse systems and modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Administration & Governance (Primary Focus)
-
You will manage, configure, and maintain our production and sandbox environments, including access control, storage, and SSO configuration.
-
You will track seasonal releases, perform impact analyses, evaluate deprecations, and ensure continuous platform compliance.
-
You will lead and coordinate security audits, ensuring strict compliance standards, and serve as the direct technical contact for support.
Reliability Engineering & Production Monitoring
-
You will drive initiatives to implement proactive monitoring tools and processes to detect, anticipate, and resolve incidents before they impact business users.
-
You will contribute technical expertise during incident resolution and actively participate in the postmortem-to-prevention loop to help drive down time-to-restore.
-
You will turn incident learnings into strict engineering standards, including timeouts, retries, idempotency, and runbooks.
-
You will validate system resilience through disaster recovery drills and failover tests.
Custom Development & Technical Adaptability
-
You will pick up development user stories and configuration tasks during variable administrative workload cycles, adhering to rigorous engineering processes.
-
You will maintain and optimize release management scripts and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployments.
-
You will utilize modern AI tools to accelerate code analysis, rapid prototyping, unit testing, and system documentation.

Practical development experience with Apex, SOQL, and Flows.
Soft Skills & Mindset
-
Self-driven initiative to take full accountability over the platform environment and monitoring.
