  • Respond to inbound collateral calls from clients and reconcile differences by comparing client calculations to JPMorganChase exposure.
  • Agree the amount and type of collateral to be moved (cash or securities) and follow up on counterparty settlement fails.
  • Provide timely resolution for incoming queries related to client portfolios, reconciliations, and dispute management, including escalation of credit-sensitive or high-risk issues as appropriate.
  • Ensure accuracy when processing and approving daily business-as-usual (BAU) activity, with strong attention to controls and procedures.
  • Agree and process coupon/interest-related items on securities held as collateral, and complete month-end tasks including interest agreement on cash collateral held/delivered.

  • Maintain current knowledge of operational controls and requirements to support firmwide compliance.

  • Identify opportunities to improve process quality, control effectiveness, and productivity.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • External client service experience, or comparable experience supporting senior internal stakeholders, with demonstrated client communication skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision in a methodical, organized manner and to follow established procedures.
  • Strong numerical skills and proficiency in core applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
  • Team-oriented and adaptable, with flexibility during peak periods (e.g., month-end) and a flexible approach to working hours when business needs require.
  • Working knowledge of Over-the-Counter (OTC) derivatives collateral management and familiarity with supporting legal documentation such as the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) documentation and the Global Master Repurchase Agreement (GMRA).
