Your mission:

• Ensure secure payments (credit insurance, letters of credit), manage invoicing and payment tracking, and validate supplier invoices.
• Draft, verify, and execute contracts (payment terms, clauses, quality). Manage external provider relationships (silos, freight forwarders, etc.) in coordination with traders.
• Oversee contract execution (purchases, sales, transport), ensure accurate data entry in systems, and track inventory in port silos.
• Ensure compliance and submit necessary documents to banks and insurers.
• Update data in software (contracts, invoices, provisions), manage export documentation, track costs, and monitor bid/performance bonds.

• Degree in International Business/Export/Logistics (Bac +3/+5).
• 3+ years’ experience, preferably in commodity trading.
• Knowledge of grain and oilseed contracts is a plus.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and adaptability.
