About the role
To support the Beauty & Personal Care Business Group growth strategy, the Global Digital Marketing Manager oversees the implementation of digital marketing activities across marketing and communication channels. The role brings together campaigns’ execution, websites management, digital marketing tools, performance analytics and project coordination in an international environment.
As part of the company’s marketing network, the Global Digital Marketing Manager works in close collaboration with the Group Digital Marketing team to coordinate the implementation of the Group Digital Marketing strategy across the Beauty & Personal Care Business Group, while staying up to date with internal processes, evolving tools and guidelines. The role works hand in hand with the local Marketing & Sales teams across countries to support consistent and effective delivery of digital marketing activities. The role reports directly to the Global Marketing Director, collaborating closely with the Global Marketing Team on activities and priorities.

Tasks and responsibilities

Global & regional campaigns management
- Create global and regional campaign assets and workflows across all channels, including emails, websites, webinars and social media ads.
- Coordinate & support global and regional campaign implementation at country level with local Marketing Managers, including the local adaptation of emails and web content.
- Optimize campaign workflows based on previous campaign performance.
- Work closely with the Group Digital Marketing team to improve campaign processes and tools.

Website management
- Create website pages for publication across all countries’ websites.
- Review and validate web content created by countries.
- Optimize website traffic and lead generation through relevant customer journeys, page structure and SEO tactics.
- Work closely with the Group Digital Marketing team to improve website UX/UI and test new functionalities.

Marketing tools: digital, phygital, print-to-web and multimedia
- Support offline events with lead generation, lead collection and import into the CRM.
- Manage and use a range of digital tools, including Salesforce (CRM and CMS), SharePoint, Vimeo, Canva, Sales Assistant and Showpad (non-exhaustive list).
- Create and update templates for digital tools and channels.
- Participate in the sourcing, integration and development of marketing tools.

Data analytics
- Assess websites’ performance KPIs, including traffic evolution, traffic sources and lead generation.
- Assess email campaigns’ performance KPIs.
- Build reports on global and regional campaign performance and ROI (including generated business opportunities) and share results internally.

Project management
- Coordinate and support digital marketing activities across the Beauty & Personal Care Business Group in collaboration with local - Marketing Managers and Business Unit managers in countries.
- Stay up to date with Group Digital Marketing and Marketing Communication guidelines, processes and templates, and share guidelines and best practices across the Beauty & Personal Care community.
- Manage the budget for campaigns and digital marketing tools and activities.

Qualifications

- You have a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Cosmetic Science or a related field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience. A dual background or additional qualification in Marketing would be a strong asset. Previous experience in a B2B environment is highly valued, and experience within the Beauty & Personal Care or cosmetics industry would be an additional plus
- You have a strong understanding of digital marketing across campaigns, websites, CRM/CMS environments and digital communication channels.
- You are comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Salesforce, SharePoint and content creation or multimedia tools.
- You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable using performance KPIs and ROI reporting to assess and improve digital marketing activities.
- You have a structured, hands-on approach to project coordination and are comfortable working in a matrix organization across global, regional and local teams. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and bring people together and drive collaboration around common objectives.
- You are proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented, with a strong ability to identify solutions, take initiative and bring forward ideas and recommendations in a fast-evolving digital and international environment.
- You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
