Context Within People Operations France, you will help secure time management and its integration with payroll for a scope of approximately 16,000 employees in France. You will operate at the heart of Time and Attendance processes, working with France operational teams, Europe People Operations, IT teams and suppliers. Localization This role is based in France, in Grenoble (preferably) or in Grenoble. Thiere i no relocation for this role. Your role You will ensure end-to-end control of Time and Attendance, covering both run activities and system evolutions. As the business expert for your dedicated scope, you will secure payroll, support legal and internal changes, contribute to business projects and drive information system evolutions. Your missions Ensure the operational run of your assigned scope as the Time and Attendance business expert. Share HRIS knowledge across teams and contribute to user capability development. Support teams using the Time and Attendance tool and respond to employee requests through the ticketing tool. Maintain, enrich and challenge internal documentation to ensure reliability and effective adoption. Draft functional specifications reflecting business needs and expected evolutions. Lead testing phases and validate information system evolutions before production release. Support integrations or divestitures of new scopes while securing Time and Attendance and payroll impacts. Analyze legal or technological developments and provide recommendations for processes, tools and organizational needs.
Your profile
You have strong experience in time management and payroll, including legal monitoring, processes and related tools. You understand information systems, interfaces and the operational impact of system evolutions. You are able to listen to, clarify and analyze stakeholder issues and needs. You are comfortable working cross-functionally with business, IT, People Operations and supplier teams. Good spoken and written English is recommended. Your skills Functional expertise in Time and Attendance and good understanding of payroll. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft tools and relevant technical applications. Ability to draft functional specifications, organize testing and secure production releases. Excellent interpersonal skills, service mindset and communication adapted to users and technical partners. Listening, analytical thinking, rigor and ability to turn needs into operational solutions. Project management and stakeholder coordination in a complex environment. - EUR 77.520 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives (annual bonus) at target. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located in France. Individual’s compensation is positioned within the range based on several factors such as knowledge, job-related skills, experience, potential and relevant education or training.
