Job Description 

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cloud Solution Architect to join our international team. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be pivotal in defining, establishing, evolving, and executing governance controls and frameworks for cloud computing environments globally. 

You will support our organization's technological governance requirements and contribute significantly to our Group-wide Cloud policy.

Profil

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Develop solutions aligned with the Group Cloud Framework and Standards, custom-tailored as necessary.
  

• Security Integration: Embed security into all developed solutions from the outset.
  

• Technical Leadership: Serve as the technical focal point, translating business needs into optimal cloud solutions.
  

• Gap Identification: Identify gaps in the company’s standard cloud services and propose alternative solutions or temporary workarounds.
  

• Integration: Coordinate with other infrastructure domains to ensure seamless cloud solution integration.
  

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solution architecture.
  

• Cost Estimation: Gather necessary elements to provide accurate cost estimates for cloud solutions.
  

• Standardization: Promote and support further standardization and harmonization across the Group's cloud implementations.
  

• Strategy Support: Assist customers in defining their cloud strategy, including migration and adoption models.
  

• Third-Party Coordination: Support RFI/RFP processes to identify third-party vendors for specific cloud activities.
  

• Monitoring: Collect, evaluate, and monitor cloud initiatives across the Group.
  

• Process Improvement: Execute and enhance Group Cloud monitoring and reporting processes.
  

• Standards Evolution: Maintain and evolve the Cloud Group Standard in technical, operational, security, and infrastructure aspects.
  

• Inventory Management: Keep the cloud inventory updated for all initiatives.
  

• Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Procurement, Legal, Compliance) to ensure alignment with Group Cloud processes.
  

Skills and Experience Required:

• Certified Cloud Architect for one or more major providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a commitment to ongoing learning.
  

• Strong knowledge of IaaS and PaaS services (AWS and Azure) and the ability to create cloud architecture diagrams.
  

• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitLab CI/CD).
  

• Understanding of hybrid cloud solutions (cloud and on-premises).
  

• Awareness of cloud cost management practices.
  

• Commitment to timely delivery.
  

• Experience operating within a service delivery model with KPI measurement.
  

• Proactive information collection and support from various units to achieve goals.
  

• Strong customer interaction and management skills.
  

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in written and spoken English (B2 level minimum, C1 preferred).
  

• Intermediate proficiency (B1 level) in at least one of the following: Italian, German, French or Spanish.
