Logistics Support Services Manager

Logistics Support Services Manager (M/F)

MISSION

To ensure the efficient operation of logistics support services (After-Sales Service, returns administration, transportation, and workshop activities). The role also includes planning carrier review meetings and updating related action plans.

Contribute to projects involving the site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managerial Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and engage the team while promoting Antalis' values.
  • With the support of Human Resources, identify staffing requirements, participate in recruitment processes, assess training needs, and support talent development initiatives.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support the professional development of team members.
  • Promote and ensure compliance within the team with the Group's and Antalis France's Health & Safety, Energy, and Quality policies.

Operational Responsibilities

  • Ensure the effective operation of After-Sales Service activities in accordance with quality and performance standards across all business sectors (Print, Office, Packaging, Visual Communication, Solutions, and Intermerchanting).
  • Prepare and distribute reports in compliance with established rules and deadlines.
  • Organize and schedule carrier review meetings.
  • Update carriers' action plans and monitor their implementation.
  • Monitor the receipt times of inbound delivery reports.
  • Update delivery standards in the CRM system.
  • Propose and implement all necessary improvements to enhance service quality, team efficiency, and overall site performance.

PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • Master's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar position.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and logistics-specific information systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics and transportation operations and organizations.
  • Team management and leadership experience.
