  • Generate outbound pipeline across Spain and Spanish-speaking LATAM through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and professional/medical events, targeting hospitals, hospital groups, and diagnostic centers.

  • Research and map the healthcare network of each market (public and private hospitals, hospital groups, health ministries, regional health services, and purchasing bodies) to identify who buys and who decides.

  • Prospect and qualify key stakeholders — Heads of Emergency, Heads of Radiology, IT/Systems Directors, CIOs, Medical Directors, General Managers, AI leads, and other relevant hospital roles — and build a clear picture of each buying committee.

  • Design and run persistent, multi-touch outreach sequences (email, LinkedIn, phone) adapted to each country’s healthcare system and buying process, and follow up methodically until a meeting is booked or the lead is properly disqualified.

  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to make sure they have all the relevant context before meetings with potential customers.

  • Keep the CRM (HubSpot) accurate and up to date: accounts, contacts, buying roles, activity, and next steps for every opportunity in the pipeline.

  • Bring continuous feedback and improvements to outbound messaging and commercial processes, staying involved in the team’s success.

  • Make the connection between sales & marketing to grow AZmed’s brand awareness in the countries you’re working on.

Preferred experience

  • 1–2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR doing B2B outbound prospecting; experience selling into healthcare or hospital accounts is a strong plus.

  • Methodical: builds and follows structured, repeatable outbound processes, and keeps organized records across many accounts and countries at once.

  • Persistent: comfortable with high-volume outreach, follow-up, and objection handling over multiple touches and weeks without losing momentum.

  • Proactive: takes initiative to find new accounts, contacts, and buying signals rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

  • Resourceful: finds creative ways to reach hard-to-reach decision-makers, including gatekeepers and public-sector/procurement contacts.

  • Strong remote-work skills: self-managed, reliable, and effective on a fully distributed team, comfortable coordinating across multiple time zones spanning Spain and LATAM (Mexico to Argentina) and adapting working hours when needed.

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

  • Fast learner, curious about medtech and healthtech.

  • Native or fluent Spanish; working knowledge of English from a basic level upward, with willingness to keep improving.

  • Comfortable working with a CRM (HubSpot or similar) and standard outbound/sales-engagement tools.

  • Fully remote. Open to candidates based anywhere in Spain or in Spanish-speaking Latin American countries.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in the healthcare world.

  • Experience with medical imaging devices or software.

  • Sports fan.
