Key responsibilities ✨

Deal Desk & RFP Modeling: Co-own financial deal modeling and economics validation alongside Senior FP&A, ensuring fast turnaround times (SLA <24h) for deal desk responses and accurate RFP documentation.

Topline Closings & Operations: Execute monthly topline closing mechanics, reconciliations, and reporting routines accurately and efficiently.

RFA Management: Oversee end-to-end processing, accruals, and reconciliations for Rebates (RFA), Accruals, and Inventory.

Bad Debt & Factoring: Monitor and calculate bad debt provisioning as well as optimize factoring fee calculations.

Process Automation & Scalability: Partner with internal tools and databases to eliminate repetitive manual tasks and build scalable financial workflows.
About you 🧑🚀
Experience & Hard Skills:
-
Background: Proven experience in FP&A or Business Finance, with strong experience in financial modeling and profitability analysis.

FP&A Operations: Hands-on experience with topline closings, internal & external reportings.

Tooling Proficiency: Strong command of Excel (or Gsheet) and financial tools (Pigment/Anaplan). Database query (SQL / DBeaver) & BI tools (Looker) are a plus
Soft Skills & Mindset:

Commercial Partnering: Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with Commercial and RevOps teams while enforcing deal desk governance.

Reactivity & Speed: Maintain high accuracy on strategic & high-stakes deals
