Key Responsibilities
Responsible for designing, delivering, and coordinating cybersecurity awareness initiatives across Water Tech.
This includes managing phishing campaigns, conducting awareness sessions for various audiences, developing training materials such as the CyberShield program, and ensuring proper follow‑up and engagement for the Cyber Security Passport.
The role helps strengthen employee cybersecurity culture and reduces human‑factor risks.
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience 9 years or more
Hard Skills
Management of phishing simulation programs
Facilitation of awareness sessions and educational content creation
Development of training materials (CyberShield, Passport)
Ability to measure awareness impact and track participation
Management of the tool TryRiot
Good english and french writing skills to create and update the security policies
Soft Skills
Excellent communication in English and French (B2-C1)
Ability to present technical topics to executive and operational audiences
Strong project‑management and coordination capabilities
Ability to simplify and translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible language
