A prestigious UHNWI Norwegian private family is recruiting a Family Office Director to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of its Family Office.
Based on Lake Garda, Italy, the Family Office Director is responsible for the overall management of the Family's interests and its various properties, notably located on Lake Garda and in Cannes. Serving as a trusted right hand, the role involves steering the financial, administrative, and operational aspects of the Family Office while ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Family Office.
- Lead the various administrative, financial, accounting, legal, and HR functions.
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenses related to the Family's various properties.
- Supervise the operational management of private residences, particularly those on Lake Garda and in Cannes.
- Coordinate the teams, service providers, and various contacts working with the Family.
- Ensure smooth operations and a level of service that meets the expectations of a particularly demanding private clientele.
- Lead the Family Office's various financial, administrative, and operational projects.
- Support the Family in decision-making and follow up on their strategic directions.
- Ensure compliance with administrative and regulatory obligations in the relevant countries.
- Provide regular reporting to the Family and guarantee absolute confidentiality in the management of all matters.
Profile Sought
- Higher education degree in finance, management, business administration, or a similar field.
- Experience in a Family Office or in the management of private properties is a strong asset.
- Excellent understanding of the financial, administrative, and operational challenges involved in managing private wealth.
- Strong management skills and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- High analytical, organisational, and forward-planning abilities.
- Great availability and the ability to rigorously handle multiple matters simultaneously.
- Absolute discretion, a strong sense of confidentiality, and excellent presentation.
- Ability to interact with high-level stakeholders and to represent the Family's interests.
- Fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
Additional Information
Location : Lake Garda, Italy
- Role based primarily on Lake Garda.
- Management and coordination of several private properties, notably in Italy and Cannes.
- Regular travel expected between the Family's various residences.
- Contract: Permanent contract (CDI).
- Compensation: Package 200,000€
- International, confidential, and ultra-high-end environment.
- Strategic role with a strong operational focus and direct interaction with the Family.
