At Sidel, understanding customer needs helps us support equipment performance throughout its lifecycle. Join Engineering & Project Management ECA (Europe & Central-Asia) team in Saint-Laurent-sur-Sèvre (85), France. At a site employing around 170 people, with expertise in robotic palletizing systems, you will manage new equipment projects across Europe and Central Asia. From order intake to project closure, you will be the customer’s main point of contact for technical and organizational matters, building connections between teams and turning shared objectives into results. YOUR MISSION
• Manage projects, including on-site activities, against safety, quality, cost and delivery objectives.
• Analyze customer needs and contract specifications to ensure requirements are understood.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and secure the right skills, people and tools at the right time.
• Control contracts and costs, covering equipment, external supplies, shipping, installation and commissioning.
• Anticipate risks, implement mitigation actions and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
• Plan, monitor and report on progress, keeping stakeholders informed and project information systems up to date.

YOUR PROFILE
• Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in industrial project management; beverage industry experience is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, with experience using an ERP such as SAP.
• Fluent English; a third language and PMI certification are advantageous.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, curiosity, a collaborative approach and a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage several projects and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. Together, let’s build projects that create value.
