The Strategic Partner Pre-Sales & Customer Success Manager supports Global Enterprises, Global Partners, and Strategic Accounts across the customer lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to implementation, go-live, adoption, and account expansion.
The role works closely with Business Development Managers, Sales, Technical Solution Architects, Product, and Legal to deliver tailored, scalable solutions and build successful long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Support strategic commercial opportunities through discovery, solution design, presentations, demos, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses. Understand customer requirements and design end-to-end solutions covering integrations, reporting, reconciliation, and tailored business needs. Supports the preparation of business cases, Business Impact Assessments, project roadmaps, and Statements of Work. Manage implementations from onboarding through testing, pilot, and go-live, coordinating internal and customer stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, quality standards, and dependencies. coordinate post-go-live customer-success activities, driving adoption, retention, satisfaction, and time to value. Identify and refer potential account-expansion opportunities Coordinate and contribute to regular business reviews with performance insights and recommendations Provide structured customer and market feedback to Product teams, supporting the development of new features and improvements. Document project outcomes, lessons learned, and reusable best practices. At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, customer success, implementation, or strategic account management. Experience managing enterprise customers or strategic partners, preferably within payments, FinTech, banking, SaaS, or technology. Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, reporting, reconciliation, and technology-enabled solutions. Proven experience in project scoping, Statement of Work preparation, implementation, and stakeholder coordination. Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. Strong commercial mindset and experience identifying account growth opportunities. Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder-management and commercial-discussion skills. Strong organisational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
