You have the ambition; we have the conditions to make it happen. Your project: You will join a fast-growing product with a creative production team at its core. We run high-volume performance marketing campaigns, and creatives are what drives the result — every week we test new concepts, formats, and angles. Right now our motion production is at full capacity, so you're joining to expand it: more tested ideas, more room for exploration, and more space for new formats. You'll work in a team where your animations go live fast and their impact is measurable. You will:
• Create short-form video ads for performance marketing campaigns based on briefs, references, and creative concepts.
• Build animations using typography, UI elements, graphics, product assets, and other visual materials.
• Adapt and iterate creatives for different concepts, formats, audiences, and placements.
• Handle standard creative production tasks independently.
• Work closely with Creative Marketing Managers and fellow Motion Designers.
• Implement feedback and continuously improve both the quality and the speed of your work.
• Analyze references and advertising trends to sharpen your visual and creative skills.
• Take part in creative discussions and gradually bring your own ideas to the table. We'll be a match if you:
• Have more than 1 year of commercial experience as a Motion Designer, with a solid portfolio.
• Are confident working in Adobe After Effects.
• Understand composition, typography, color, and animation principles.
• Can work with briefs and references.
• Are attentive to detail and open to feedback.
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced creative production environment.
• Are motivated to grow professionally and take on more responsibility over time.
• Have English at Intermediate level or above. Nice to have:
• Experience with creatives for performance marketing (Meta, Google, native placements).
• An eye for ad trends and an interest in testing new formats before they become mainstream.
• Interest in using AI tools to speed up production without losing quality.
