Operations Research/Systems Analyst

CALIBRE Systems, inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is seeking an experienced Operations Research/Systems Analyst with demonstrated use of methods of scientific inquiry and analysis with knowledge of applied mathematics to understand and use of the fundamental concepts and techniques of operations research methods of analysis. The Operations Research/System Analyst will require strong quantitative skills, system thinking, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. Ideal Candidate should have strong communication and problem solving skills and participate in data collection, modeling, analysis and product generation with preferred experience with Army ERP systems. Organize and translate data into useful automated information. Experience doing data summarization, running statistical tests and model, transforming datasets, identifying outliers. Conduct analyses including defining parameters of requested data output and analysis. Assist in preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation deliverables.  Use advanced mathematical, statistical, and analytical methods to help solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
