As part of a major international LNG engineering project, we are looking for a Senior ICSS Engineer with strong expertise in control systems, functional safety, and industrial package integration. Your Responsibilities You will be involved in ICSS engineering activities, working closely with various engineering disciplines and equipment suppliers. Your main responsibilities will include:
• Participate in basic and detailed engineering studies for ICSS, DCS, and SIS systems;
• Contribute to HAZOP reviews, SIL assessments, and safety studies;
• Prepare safety documentation (SRS, SIF registers, SIL calculations), Cause & Effect matrices, and logic diagrams;
• Manage technical interfaces between ICSS, instrumentation, process engineering, and vendor packages;
• Participate in the validation and integration of safety systems;
• Ensure technical consistency across engineering disciplines, maintaining a multidisciplinary approach and a comprehensive understanding of all engineering disciplines and package interfaces.
Your Profile
You are an experienced and versatile engineer with the ability to understand and address the technical challenges of complex LNG projects from a global perspective. Technical Skills
• Strong expertise in ICSS, DCS, SIS, and Fire & Gas systems;
• Proven experience in LNG / Oil & Gas projects;
• Very good knowledge of Emerson control systems;
• Strong knowledge of IEC 61511 and familiarity with IEC 62443;
• Knowledge of ISA standards and SIL calculation tools (GRIF, ExSILentia, AEshield);
• Solid experience in multidisciplinary interfaces and vendor package integration. TÜV Functional Safety certification is highly desirable (or equivalent QUALI-SIL certification). Education & Experience
• Engineering degree in Automation, Instrumentation, Control Systems, or a related field;
• Minimum 15 years of experience in ICSS engineering;
• Significant experience in LNG projects and EPC environments. Languages

• Rigor, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and resolve complex technical interface issues.
