About the Team Hiring
The FP&A team at Graitec plays a key role in driving strategic and financial performance across the business. By
analysing results, forecasting trends, and supporting planning cycles, the team provides leadership with the
insight needed to make informed, data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with Finance, Sales, Operations,
and Corporate functions, FP&A ensures financial transparency, efficiency, and alignment with Graitec’s growth
objectives.
Overview
We are seeking an analytical and technology-driven FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team. This role combines financial business partnering for Corporate Functions with ownership of reporting and planning solutions, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both finance and systems.
As one of the two key Finance users responsible for our Pigment platform, you will play an active role in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our reporting and planning capabilities while supporting financial performance management across Corporate Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Functions FP&A
• Support monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate forecast and budget processes for Corporate Functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide financial insights and challenge assumptions.
• Lead ad hoc financial analyses on strategic topics, including revenue performance, profitability, investment cases, and M&A-related initiatives Reporting & Finance Systems
• Act as one of the main owners of the Pigment planning and reporting platform.
• Maintain and enhance existing models, reports, dashboards, and planning processes.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and system improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and data quality initiatives.

• 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Finance Transformation, or a similar analytical finance role.
• Strong financial analysis and business partnering skills.
• Genuine interest in reporting tools, data analytics, and finance systems.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with planning/reporting solutions such as Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Planning, Board, OneStream, or similar EPM tools is highly desirable.
