Job Description

An internship opportunity has just opened on our site in Blagnac In 2025, ATR has been awarded the Happy Trainees label. 94.3% of students recommend our company after their work-study or internship. What we will do together: Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company Detailed description of the mission This internship takes place within the Aircraft Operability – Support & Services (EOX) team. The team is structured around three areas:
• An Operability & Aircraft Operations Security group, consisting of 2 people
• A Tech Data & Maintenance Support group, also consisting of 2 people
• A Retrofit Sales Support group of 3 people, responsible for providing technical responses to all retrofit requests across the ATR fleet and maintaining in-service configuration databases. This internship is hosted within that group, and consists of two main assignments:
• undefined
• Supporting the Entry into Service of OSIRIS v4
• OSIRIS (Operator Specific In-service Requests – Informative System) is the tool used to track and process retrofit requests for the ATR fleet in service. It is used by the EOX team to receive, assess, and respond to retrofit requests across the entire fleet, from the oldest aircraft to the most recent ones. These requests cover all aircraft systems (electrical systems, cabin, propulsion, etc.) and may concern both existing solutions and requirements for new developments.
• The tool is also used by the Customer Upgrades Management team to build commercial proposal packages and by the Services Sales & Negotiation team (located in Toulouse, Miami, and Singapore), which serves as the customer interface.
• The tool is currently being redesigned, and version 4 is expected to be delivered in Spring 2027. This new version represents the first major evolution of the tool since 2019 and introduces new ways of working and interacting between teams.
• We invite you to contribute to the change management process surrounding this entry into service. By developing a thorough understanding of each team's working methods and specific needs, you will organize workshops to assess how each team adopts and uses the new tool, gather ideas for optimizing workflows, develop user guides and training materials for the tool. You will also take into account the specific requirements of other ATR teams involved in delivering retrofit solutions outside the OSIRIS scope (for example, Retrofit Engineering)
• Optimizing the Reporting of “anomalies” of in-service applications of Retrofit Documents
• The EOX team is responsible for updating configuration databases, for each individual in-service aircraft. This activity is one of the cornerstones of the continued airworthiness of the ATR fleet, as configuration tracking enables us to provide our customers with operational and maintenance documentation that accurately reflects the actual status of their aircraft.
• This activity may reveal various types of anomalies in customer reporting, which can lead to issues being monitored by the Continued Airworthiness or Flight Safety teams.
• You will be responsible for improving the reporting of these anomalies and for implementing tools and methodologies that enhance the monitoring and management of such issues with the Continued Airworthiness and Flight Safety teams, as well as with any other potentially impacted departments. In addition to these two main assignments, the Retrofit Sales Support group will involve you in its daily activities. This will provide you with a solid understanding of our business, its challenges, and its objectives, enabling you to make relevant and informed proposals regarding the subjects entrusted to you. This internship is designed for you

• You have some knowledge of aircraft modifications and are passionate about technical subjects.
• You have a basic understanding of change management and/or project management.
