Product Manager, Creators, Content & Payments
• Full-time permanent contract (CDI), cadre status, 35 hours/week
• Based in Lyon, France. You need to live in or near Lyon: this role is not open to full remote. About Upfluence Upfluence is the influencer and affiliate marketing platform for ecommerce and DTC brands. Brands and agencies use it to find the right creators, run their programs, collect and boost their content, pay creators anywhere in the world, and tie every collaboration to real sales through integrations with Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon. Our AI co-pilot, Jaice, helps teams run in a few minutes what used to take hours. On the other side, more than 12 million creators can work with brands through Upfluence: they apply to campaigns, submit their content and get paid, all in one place. Our international team of over 20 nationalities works from New York, Los Angeles, Lyon and Mexico City, and our product and tech team is based in Lyon. The role We are looking for a Product Manager to lead our Creator squad. The squad owns the creator side of Upfluence: everything that happens once a brand and a creator start working together.
• Creator Space (web and mobile): where creators apply to campaigns, submit their content and follow their collaborations
• Content: the library where brands collect the content creators produced for them, and the starting point for boosting it
• Ads: how brands boost that content as paid campaigns
• Payments: how and when creators get paid It's a two-sided product: every decision affects both brands and creators, and the best solutions work for both. You'll lead a squad of one product designer, two to three engineers and a QA engineer, and report to Simon, VP Product.

What you'll do
🔍 Discovery
• Understand the real problems of brands and creators, through interviews, support tickets, conversations with our service team, and data (we use Mixpanel).
• Move forward with imperfect information: form hypotheses, test them quickly, and adjust. 🚀 Strategy & priorities
• Turn the product vision into concrete initiatives for your perimeter, and own your roadmap.
• Make the trade-offs: decide what to do now, what to do later, and what not to do, and explain why to stakeholders. ⚡️ Delivery
• Steer your squad rather than doing everything yourself: frame the problem, align the team, unblock, review.
• Prototype quickly with AI tools (like Claude Design) to explore ideas and test them with users and the squad, before the designer takes them to the final UI.
• Write clear specs, break them down into iterative releases, and own quality with the squad.
• Measure the impact of what you ship, and act on it. Your first 6 months
• First month: you understand our brands and creators, the product and your squad, and you've met the teams you'll work with most (service, sales, customer success).
• By month 3: you own your roadmap, with clear priorities shared with your stakeholders, and you've shipped your first features.
• By month 6: your releases have a measurable impact, your squad runs smoothly with you steering it, and stakeholders trust your trade-offs. Who we're looking for
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• No ego: you care more about the right answer than about being right.
• You're resourceful: you don't wait for perfect data or a perfect brief to move forward.
• You take initiative, and you're genuinely curious about product and tech: you follow trends, read about what other products ship, try new tools, and bring ideas back to the team.
• A strong UX sense: you can turn an idea into a clear user flow and a clickable prototype using AI tools, and you know when it's good enough to test.
• You communicate proactively and clearly, with your squad as well as with leadership.
• Fluent English, written and spoken. We work in English, so French is not required. How we work
• People here are free to try things. If you have an idea, you're encouraged to test it, not to wait for permission.
• Our contracts are 35 hours a week
• We're at the office in Lyon on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus half a day per week on average, flexible over the month.
• We value time together at the office, so this role is not open to full remote, and we're looking for someone living in the Lyon area.
• We work a lot in async, with a high level of autonomy.

What we offer
• A fast-growing company with an international team of over 20 nationalities
• Real ownership over a full product perimeter, and the freedom to try new things
• Up to 2.5 days of remote work per week
• 5 weeks of paid vacation
• Health insurance (Alan)
• Meal vouchers (Swile)
• Team events and offsites
• Offices in Lyon, with public transportation reimbursement Hiring process
• A first call with our team
• A home assignment (about 2 hours), followed by a 90-minute session where you present it and work through a live problem with us
• A final interview with Kevin and Alexis, two of our co-founders
