Job Description
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a FAL A350 Industrial Manager (f/m) to join A350 Industrialization and Configuration Management department based in Toulouse, France. As part of the Industrialization and Configuration Management team on the A350 final assembly line, you will be involved in industrialization leadership and configuration control aiming at securing product conformity and on-time aircraft deliveries. • Lead controlled modification implementation from initial instruction through production repercussion sheet completion.
• Identify deltas between planned configuration and build configuration to launch required corrective actions across the assembly line.
• Act as Change Implementation Leader coordinating configuration management, manufacturing engineering, logistics, tooling, and supply chain teams.
• Drive integrated planning strategies and industrial manufacturing optimization to maintain continuous assembly flow.
• Oversee full compliance with process attestation standards and track key performance indicators for configuration accuracy and supply chain efficiency. Your boarding pass:
• Confirmed minimum professional experience in industrial manufacturing or configuration management.
• Technical expertise in modification control processes, production repercussion documentation, and attestation standards.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated planning tools, manufacturing engineering principles, and supply chain lifecycles.
• Demonstrated leadership in team management, stakeholder negotiations, and cross-functional problem solving.
