Private Physician — Confidential Household Appointment — Abu Dhabi

We are mandated by a private family in Abu Dhabi to place a UK & European-trained Private Physician. The role calls for calm clinical judgement and trust that grows over years. On each journey the family makes beyond Abu Dhabi, the same private physician is by their side, and the rhythm of the household is protected wherever it settles. Employment is agreed with the family personally, after we have introduced and verified you. Requirements Candidates need a recognised medical qualification in family medicine (general practice) with unrestricted registration in the UK or Europe, in good standing. You bring 3 or more years of unsupervised clinical experience. A private physician must be trained and registered in the UK or Europe, and we hold that line on every appointment. Confident spoken and written English and a signed NDA are part of the trust the family places in you. Composure, reliability and a trusted presence at home are required. Salary:
£218,000 a year gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Free accommodation provided by the family. Medical insurance covered. Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover. Paid annual leave comes with the permanent appointment. Your contract is with the family directly, and we remain available for questions about the process. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice. The engagement is contracted directly between the family and the clinician, and all local arrangements (visa, licensed entity, coordination with local clinics) remain with the family's own office and advisers.
