Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Analyst, Cash Corporate Actions & Listing Operations to join the Euronext Market Services (EMS) team.
You will primarily be responsible for:
• Acting as a primary point of contact for issuers and their representatives, providing guidance on listing and corporate actions across Euronext cash markets (Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels, Lisbon)
• Analysing and structuring corporate actions, ensuring regulatory and operational feasibility
• Advising issuers on optimal execution frameworks and reviewing legal and transaction documentation
• Coordinating listing processes for equities, equity-linked instruments and bonds, ensuring seamless interaction with post-trade infrastructures (Euronext Clearing, CSDs, Euroclear)
• Drafting, validating and publishing official Euronext market notices, ensuring timely and accurate dissemination of information
• Maintaining and updating instrument data across internal systems, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance
• Contributing to process optimisation, digitalisation initiatives and transformation projects to drive operational excellence and harmonisation across markets
Your profile
• Master’s degree in finance, business or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience in financial markets, exchanges or post-trade environments, ideally with exposure to corporate actions or listings
• Strong understanding of the financial markets ecosystem and cash products
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail and a pragmatic approach
• Ability to operate at both conceptual and operational levels, managing multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French and Dutch; additional European languages are a plus
