About the role
. Develop and execute cost-focused procurement strategies that deliver sustainable savings and long-term value.
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to maximize value, innovation, and performance.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, ethics standards, and internal control requirements.
• Minimum 8-10 years of procurement experience, preferably within indirect spend categories.
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic business partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Demonstrated success in developing talent, building high-performing teams, and fostering collaboration across diverse geographies and cultures. The role reports into the Pan-European Procurement VP and operates as part of a global procurement function led by the Chief Procurement Officer. The successful candidate will collaborate with procurement leaders across North America, Latin America, Australia/New Zealand, South Africa, India, and China, while partnering with a broader procurement organization of more than 140 team members globally.
