Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Nursing Manager, you will be a dynamic leader, guiding and empowering our nursing team to deliver exceptional, patient-centered care through continuous growth and operational excellence.
Every day, you will lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals.

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience. Magnet Hospital: BSN required. Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience. Licensure: Registered Nursing License (RN) in state of practice, Basic Life Support (BLS), other credentials or credential modules may be required.
