DESCRIPTION
The Global Go To Market (GTM) Manager supports both Darphin & Lab Series
Marketing Teams and reports to the Global GTM Director. The person is
responsible for developing and executing all online content calendars for
ongoing monthly management, HTM, new brand.com identity pages and updates. The
person will also be responsible for creating & validating all brand.com content
& for all paid media activations for Le Grand Institut. Finally, the role
includes CRM, Paid Media and Market Management missions. The role has one direct
report (apprentice) and manages all ad hoc digital freelancers. This role will
collaborate with our Creative team and business Online team to implement the
Marketing strategy and content.
This role is responsible for leading new branding initiatives across the brands
included in each brand’s respective strategy.
This role operationalizes key branding projects across both brands to ensure an
elevated, luxury consumer-friendly and consumer-first experience. The role
concerns both brand level projects (new site design, revived pages), monthly
animation and email marketing communications. This role sits within the Global
Marketing team with a core focus on branding and content.
This role will focus on the following pillars:
Content Creation: The creation of the online marketing calendar and content
creation (banners, mpps, newsletters) for monthly animation as well as the
creation of new branding focused marketing pages (landing pages, single product
pages). Getting the correct luxury, elevated tone of voice for both brands is
key in both French and English. Content creation also involves the senior
management validation, legal review, translation and guidelines process.
Understanding the importance and setting guidelines for SEO, SEA, GEO will be
important in the role.
Prioritization and Project Management: In alignment with strategy, identify
short term to long term brand priorities for communication and execution.
Partner with teams to ensure sharing of information and timely deliverables.
Change Management: Partners with cross-functional teams (Creative,
International, Product Marketing, Social) to identify areas of opportunity and
lead change management to improve our ways of working.
Go To Market Communications: Ensure key strategic messages and guidelines are
shared with the markets in a timely manner. Provides oversight and guidance to
markets on branding priorities and messages. Manage communication and
presentation of key strategic messages/initiatives to senior management.
Paid Media Recommendations & Partial Implementation: As part of the content
provider, the role also includes recommendations on assets to be leveraged in
paid media and attributing brand priorities to markets in paid budgets. The role
will include the direct operationalization of the paid marketing budget for Le
Grand Institut -from top to bottom activations, with agency support. More
globally, the person will also be responsible for yearly paid media
recommendations to affiliates and be the go to person at Global for all paid
questions.

- While goals and priorities are agreed with the Brand Leadership, the incumbent must be an independent achiever who does not require detailed direction or monitoring. Must independently plan, organize, set priorities, initiate, and deliver activities on a consistent basis. Problem Solving
- Given the brand scope and complexity of projects, problem solving is a high impact activity. Examples of problems would be pivoting pages developed based on trial and error or technical constraints, adapting content based on legal feedback to meet both branding needs and legal requirements, time management issues, etc. QUALIFICATIONS BAC + 5
- Preferably Grande Ecole or equivalent education Minimum 6 years Marketing, Community Management, Online Marketing or Product Marketing Perfectly Fluent French & English Mandatory
• Strong Branding and luxury positioning experience
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills including ability to build relationships globally
• Excellent organization, presentation and writing skills
