* Primaria y/o Secundaria terminada.
* Debe de tener experiencia en áreas de producción/ manufactura de al menos 6 meses .
* El ayudante general debe ser proactivo, dinámico eficiente, responsable. Debe tener una educación básica con habilidad para leer y entender especificaciones y procedimientos escritos, capacidad de entender instrucciones directas y escritas. Saber escribir y redactar reportes de actividades que se le designen.
