Why this internship
As Raidium deploys its AI-native viewer in more hospitals across Europe and the US, every radiologist and hospital IT team we work with needs fast, reliable answers. Your mission is to build the support function that makes this possible at scale: a structured, compliant process, smart automations and clear KPIs, so that every request is tracked and answered on time.
You will join the Clinical Solutions team, the customer-facing team that deploys Raidium in hospitals and works with radiologists and hospital IT teams day to day. Building the support function is your main focus and internship deliverable, but you will be a full member of the team: taking part in its daily life, giving a hand on deployments and partner requests when needed, and helping improve our processes in general.

• Main focus: scale our support function
• Map the current support process and its failure points
• Design a QMS compliant support process
• Build the automations: automated ticket creation, assignment, alerts when a response is late
• Make sure no support request stays unanswered and that we answer everyone within the right delays
• Set up KPI tracking on support (response delays, resolution, volumes)
• Internship deliverables: a documented, QMS compliant support process, automations in production, a support KPI dashboard
• Be part of the Clinical Solutions team: Beyond your main focus, take part in the life of the team (weekly rituals, deployments, partner requests) and contribute to improving our internal processes more broadly.
• Navigate a Complex Ecosystem: Work with hospital IT teams, radiologists and partners on one side, and with Clinical Solutions, Product, Software Engineering and Quality on the other, in a regulated SaMD environment.
• Build from Scratch: Design a process that will scale with our deployments across Europe and the US, from tooling choices to process documentation.
• High Challenge & Responsibility: A unique opportunity for an ambitious student to take on real ownership and build a key function from the ground up.
