Job summary: As an Executive Director on the Euro Swaps Trading Desk, you will play a key role in shaping trading strategies and driving our success. You will independently own the development and implementation of trading approaches, actively engage with clients, and deliver market intelligence to stakeholders. You will partner with other traders and team members to build high-quality trading pipelines and deliver insights that shape our strategy. • Proven long-term experience in trading Euro Swaps markets
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data
