A private family in Riyadh wants a UK & European-trained concierge physician for a permanent concierge placement appointment, with full clinical autonomy from the first day. Seasons away from Riyadh, in Switzerland and beyond, are spent with the family and in your care, without a handover to anyone else. The family is the employer and signs the contract with you directly, so expectations around a permanent concierge placement role are clear from the start. Requirements The post requires a registered family medicine physician (GP) with UK or European credentials, able to hold independent judgement. Bring at least 2 years of practice since full registration, some of it in day-to-day medicine. We consider concierge physicians trained and registered in the UK or Europe only, with no exceptions. Clear English is required at every level of the role; strict confidentiality is part of the appointment in every case. Salary:
£218,000 a year gross. The salary is agreed directly between the family and the clinician; each clinician should take advice from their own tax adviser on whether the income is taxable in their circumstances. Free accommodation provided by the family. Medical insurance covered. Professional indemnity insurance is not included; the clinician arranges their own cover. Paid annual leave is part of the family's offer, within a lasting appointment. The family contracts with you directly; we are not a party to the agreement, which protects your autonomy as a concierge physician. Flights and travel are always paid for by the family. Engagement essentials Availability to begin within six weeks of offer. Live-in and single-status: the role suits clinicians who relocate alone, with full flexibility to travel worldwide with the family at short notice.
