AI Capability

Salary Range: All Compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. ‎ AI Capability/upsklling & Change Lead The AI capability & Change Lead sits within the Transformation Office and is accountable for ensuring AI adoption translates into measurable business outcomes through capability building, change management, communications, and global and local activation. Role purpose Lead the people side of the AI transformation by building AI capabilities, driving adoption, and embedding new ways of working across functions and markets. Ensure employees, managers, and leaders are equipped, engaged, and ready to realize the full value of AI initiatives at scale.

Key responsibilities
AI capability building
• Design the AI upskilling roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Establish role-based learning journeys for leaders, managers, AI champions, and employees.
• Partner with Digital, HR and Learning teams to develop training programs and certifications for the tools they have access to.
• Build AI literacy across the organization and increase AI confidence and proficiency.
• Ensure learning programs evolve with emerging technologies and business needs (understand the tech landscape and match solution to business needs).
• Partner with 3rd Party to build the capability program (Microsoft, Agencies…) AI community network
• Establish and lead a global AI communities:
• AI Champions Network: people that are the key entry point related to AI transformation initiative within their functions.
• AI catalysts: trained on AI tools and acting as trainers for their peers
• Upskill & change leads within regions
• Recruit, train, and activate AI communities across all functions and geographies.
• Equip champions/ catalysts with toolkits, communications, and best practices.
• Create mechanisms for sharing success stories, lessons learned, and use cases.
• Leverage AI catalysts as the primary local adoption and feedback channel. Change strategy and adoption
• Define and execute the enterprise AI change management strategy.
• Co-Develop adoption plans for all AI initiatives across the portfolio.
• Structure and plan change & adoption with the AI upskill& change leads by regions
• Assess organizational readiness and identify adoption risks.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business functions and markets.
• Monitor adoption metrics and implement corrective actions where required. Communications and engagement (shared with TO Butterfly)
• Create executive communications, success stories, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
• Build excitement and momentum around AI transformation.
• Ensure consistent messaging across functions and regions.
• Support leadership teams in communicating vision, progress, and impact. Change analytics and value realization
• Define adoption and capability KPIs.
• Track training completion, active usage, behavioral change, and business adoption.
• Provide regular reporting to the AI Transformation Lead and ExCo.
• Link adoption metrics to business outcomes and value realization. Key deliverables

• Support the roll out of key transformational initiative (adoption / Change) Profile
• Experience in change management, transformation, capability building, or organizational development.
• Knowledge of AI, digital transformation, and workforce transformation
• Proven experience leading enterprise-wide transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience designing large-scale learning and capability programs.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and mobilize diverse teams globally. Reporting line Reports to the AI Transformation Program Leadand works closely with HR, Communications, Business AI Champions, and Digital teams to accelerate adoption and sustainable value realization.
