📍 Paris | Full-time | Fluent 🇫🇷 & 🇬🇧 E-commerce is booming — but independent brands still struggle to match the seamless logistics of giants like Amazon. At Bigblue, we’re on a mission to change that. We help brands by democratizing best-in-class operations: scaling faster while delivering a five-star customer experience. Since 2018, we’ve built a tech-driven logistics platform powering 600+ brands — from fast-growing DTC players to global names like MUJI, Aigle, and Cabaïa. With 200+ employees across Paris, Madrid, Berlin and London, our proprietary WMS (Warehouse Management System) Atlas, and a network of 9 warehouses across Europe, we’re solving logistics challenges that others haven’t dared to tackle — making fulfillment faster, smarter, and greener. Backed by $20+M in funding and trusted by the next generation of e-commerce leaders, we’re scaling rapidly — from 10 million orders in 2024 toward ambitious enterprise expansion. The journey ahead is bold, and we’re looking for the right partner to help us lead the way. At Bigblue, we hold ourselves to a very high bar: in the quality of our product, the rigor of our operations, and the care we bring to every merchant we work with. You'll be working alongside talented people on real, high-impact problems, in an environment where high standards come with genuine support, ownership, and room to grow. If you want your work to matter from day one, you’re in the right place.

About the role
🚀 The Ops Excellence team is Bigblue's engine for operational standards, continuous improvement and network performance. As we target 60%+ YoY volume growth in 2027, we're expanding the team's scope — and adding a senior leader who can take on the programs that require the most experience and cross-functional reach. As Ops Excellence Lead, you will own three of the highest-impact workstreams in the team:
• Building and running Bigblue's first network capacity planning and S&OP program
• Driving SLA excellence across the warehouse network (Happy Orders and Happy Inbounds to 95%)
• Leading large cross-functional programs — from training standardization to complex merchant turnarounds This is a high-ownership, high-visibility individual contributor role, reporting to the Head of Ops Excellence, with direct exposure to the CEO and Business Development leadership. You will lead through influence across Warehouse Ops (internal & external), Product & Tech, Acquisition, Merchant and Finance. \n \n€60,000
- €80,000 a year

What you'll do
🏗️ Fulfillment Excellence
• Lead large cross-functional projects across the warehouse network — scoping, framing, execution, and impact measurement (e.g. pack productivity overhauls, operational redesigns for complex merchants).
• Own the training and knowledge transfer program: design the structure, content, and rollout cadence for operational standards across all Bigblue sites; ensure warehouse teams are equipped to adopt new processes and tech features at pace.
• Support complex prospect operational assessments and coordinate the end-to-end operational setup of large merchant launches. 🌐 Network Growth & Capacity Planning
• Build and own Bigblue's capacity planning program: design and operate a network-wide capacity model integrating labor, warehouse fullness, inbound/outbound volumes, and mid-term demand forecasts — delivering daily, weekly, and seasonal views that let Ops and Finance act ahead of constraints.
• Develop the S&OP planning program: establish the rhythm, inputs, outputs, and governance for Bigblue's first structured Sales & Operations Planning process; align Merchant Success, Ops, and Finance on volume outlook and capacity posture.
• Lead network optimization initiatives: identify structural inefficiencies (allocation, flow, footprint) and frame investment and configuration decisions for senior leadership.
• Lead large merchant turnarounds: for strategic accounts facing operational difficulties, own the end-to-end recovery plan — diagnostics, remediation, cross-functional coordination, and communication. ⭐ Service Quality & Efficiency
• Drive Happy Orders to 95%: own the diagnostic and improvement roadmap for outbound SLA performance across the network; coordinate root-cause analysis with Warehouse Ops, Product, and Merchant Success.
• Drive Happy Inbounds to 95%: lead the equivalent program for inbound quality — slot compliance, receiving accuracy, and supplier alignment.
• Lead large-scale, complex operational projects in areas such as inventory quality, packing productivity, or other network-wide efficiency initiatives. Who you are
• You have 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics — including at least 3 years in a multi-site or cross-network role (network design, regional ops excellence, process engineering, or equivalent).
• You have built or run a capacity planning or S&OP process: you've owned models, run planning cycles and translated volume forecasts into staffing, space and operational decisions.
• You have a track record of leading complex cross-functional programs from scratch: scoping ambiguous problems, framing solutions, driving execution across teams with no direct reporting line.
• You've done process standardization at scale: defining operating windows, writing or governing SOPs, deploying standard work across multiple sites.
• You've thrived in a fast-scaling, build-from-scratch environment — you've created programs, not just operated inherited ones.
• You write clearly and communicate with precision — structured framing documents and senior stakeholder presentations are second nature.
• You're strong analytically: comfortable in SQL, Excel and BI tools to build capacity models and performance dashboards.
• You're fluent in English and French; Spanish is a strong plus. \n Why join Bigblue? 💼 Outsized scope from day one — you'll design programs that don't fully exist yet, not inherit a mature function. 🚀 Fast-growing scale-up with a well-funded roadmap and bold ambitions. 🌍 Pan-European scope — working across warehouses in France, Spain, the UK, and Italy. 📈 Career trajectory — this IC role is designed to evolve toward people management as the team scales in 2027. 🍱 10€ meal voucher per worked day (55% paid by Bigblue). 🧘 ClassPass membership for fitness & wellness. 🖥️ MacBook or your preferred setup to do your best work. 🩺 100% health insurance coverage with Benefiz. 💙 Founders-led company where operations are truly core to the mission.
