Membre de l’équipe services Généraux, vous êtes Rattaché(e) au Responsable maintenance. Principales

missions:
MAINTENIR LES MOYENS DE PRODUCTION EN BON ETAT DE MARCHE .
Assurer les interventions curatives et le préventives des installations de productions .
Assurer la réparation des infrastructures de production (passerelles, éclairages, treuil…) .
Assurer la prise en charge des bons d’interventions et le renseignement de ceux-ci sur le système de GMAO .
Assurer le reporting sur la transmission d’information aux clients et à la hiérarchie sur les interventions effectuées .
Assurer l’astreinte de dépannage .
Accompagner les prestataires de maintenances lors des interventions de ceux-ci PARTICIPER AU MAINTIEN DE LA SECURITE PHYSIQUE ET MATERIELLE ·Assurer la réalisation des interventions réglementaires internes ·Assurer les interventions correctives EHS et réglementaires .
Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles EHS du site PARTICIPER AUX BON FONCTIONNEMENT DES OUTILS DE COMMUNICATION ET DE MANAGEMENT INTERNE .
Appliquer et renseigner les indicateurs APSYS du service et des lignes de fabrications .
Respecter les règles 5S définies sur le site et dans les ateliers des services généraux VEILLE TECHNOLOGIQUE ·Proposer des améliorations de matériels lié à des dysfonctionnements niveau 1 et 2 répétitifs .
Proposer et appliquer des améliorations du référentiel GMAO pour améliorer la fiabilité des installations Profil: Compétences techniques : BAC+2 Electrotechnique/Automatisme avec 5 ans d’expérience minimum ou niveau BAC/BEP avec 15 ans d’expérience Connaissance en automatisme Habilitation électrique H2B2VBCBR Permis nacelle et pontier serait un plus Maitrise des outils informatique (Pack office) Connaissance SAP et GMAO Compétences comportementales Motivé Bon relationnel Autonome Alstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
