Votre rôle Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Ventes Groupes, vous intervenez au cœur de l'activité commerciale et participez activement à la satisfaction de nos clients. À ce titre, vous serez notamment amené(e) à :
• Préparer et suivre les propositions commerciales, devis, contrats et conventions.
• Assurer le suivi administratif des dossiers clients jusqu'à la signature.
• Répondre aux appels et demandes entrantes du service commercial.
• Organiser et mettre à jour les bases de données, contrats et documents commerciaux.
• Élaborer des reportings, tableaux de bord et statistiques d'activité.
• Participer à l'organisation des visites et événements clients.
• Identifier des opportunités de ventes additionnelles (up-selling et cross-selling).
• Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes commerciales, Revenue Management et opérations afin d'optimiser les performances commerciales.

Profil recherché
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens de l'organisation, votre rigueur et votre excellent relationnel. Vous avez :
• Une formation commerciale, hôtelière ou équivalente.
• Une première expérience réussie dans un environnement commercial, idéalement en hôtellerie ou dans le secteur du tourisme.
• Une excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques, notamment Excel, Word et PowerPoint.
• Un niveau d'anglais professionnel à l'écrit comme à l'oral.
• Une forte orientation client et le goût du travail en équipe. Vos atouts
