Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une offre de stage intitulée « Stage en Ingénieur génie industriel » vient de s'ouvrir au sein de Toulouse Electrical Center sur son site de Colomiers. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 20 personnes au sein du département « OLMEB » en charge du business développement et de l’industrialisation des équipements électriques. Le CDT Electrics de Toulouse (OLME, environ 350 personnes) est le centre de référence du domaine électrique au sein d’Airbus. Il industrialise, produit et installe un set d’ensembles électriques représentatifs de toutes les technologies et fournit les services associés. Votre stage consistera à : Déployer des projets d’amélioration au sein de l’unité de production. La diversité des sujets abordés vous permettra d’acquérir une vision globale d’un environnement de production (méthodes, planning, Lean, HSE, qualité, gestion de projet...). Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Janvier 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée). Vos principales missions consisteront à :
• Pilotage de projets : Piloter des projets visant à l’optimisation de l’outil de production (gestion de production, flux, lean manufacturing).
• Coordination : Coordonner les différents acteurs impliqués dans les projets du département OLME.
• Planification : Construire un planning réaliste, validé par l'ensemble des parties prenantes, et en assurer le suivi pour chaque projet.
• Suivi & Structuration : Mettre en place un suivi de projet complet sur les projets sous votre responsabilité et à venir (OBS, WBS, etc.).
• Animation & Management : Animer et rythmer (drumbeat) le travail de l’ensemble des parties prenantes au sein des MFTs (Multi-Functional Teams) de vos projets.
• Gestion des risques : Identifier et gérer les risques associés aux différents projets sous votre responsabilité. Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :
• Connaissance globale du milieu industriel et d'un environnement de production.
• Maîtrise des concepts de gestion de production et de Lean Manufacturing.
• Solides compétences en gestion de projet (WBS, OBS, gestion des risques, plannings).
• Capacité à travailler en équipe et en autonomie. Votre carte d’embarquement pour cette aventure : Vous préparez actuellement un diplôme de niveau Bac+5 (école d'ingénieur ou équivalent) dans le domaine de la gestion de production, du génie industriel ou du Lean ou un domaine équivalent. Vous possédez idéalement les compétences suivantes : Compétences techniques :

Your mission : An internship opportunity titled : « Industrial Engineering Intern » has just opened at Airbus Toulouse Electrical Center located in Colomiers. You will join a team of 20 people within the "OLMEB" department in charge of business development and industrialization of electrical equipment. The Toulouse Electrics CDT (OLME, around 350 people) is the reference center for the electrical domain within Airbus. It industrializes, produces, and installs a set of electrical assemblies representative of all technologies and provides the associated services. Your internship will consist in : Deploying improvement projects within the production unit. The diversity of topics covered will allow you to acquire a global vision of a production environment (methods, planning, Lean, HSE, quality, project management...). Ideally, this is a 6 months internship and it should start in January 2027 (date subject to flexibility). Your main missions will consist of :
• Project Management: Steering projects aimed at optimizing the production facility (production management, flows, lean manufacturing).
• Coordination: Coordinating the various stakeholders involved in the OLME department projects.
• Planning: Building a realistic schedule validated by all stakeholders and ensuring its follow-up for each project.
• Tracking & Structuring: Setting up comprehensive project tracking for current and future projects under your responsibility (OBS, WBS, etc.).
• Facilitation & Management: Facilitating and pacing (drumbeat) the work of all stakeholders within the MFTs (Multi-Functional Teams) of your projects.
• Risk Management: Identifying and managing risks associated with the various projects under your responsibility. Your tutor will support you identify your professional objectives and develop your skills. This internship will allow you to develop the following
