Your challenge: 100% closing / ZERO prospecting As a Business Developer, you will play a crucial role as our ambassador—you are the first and last point of contact for prospects before they launch into their training program. The Team
• Work alongside the Business Development team, Team Leaders, and the Head of Sales.
• Collaborate with all company departments (Marketing, Finance, Student Support, etc.).
• Join a young, fun, and supportive team eager to welcome new team members. What You’ll Do:
• Contact incoming B2C leads from our UK market marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, organic, etc.).
• Understand prospective students' goals to recommend the right training program and answer their questions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing.
• Proactively suggest improvements to our sales process. 👉 Your challenge is to help drive our hypergrowth and scale L'atelier des Chefs 🕵️ Who we're looking for 🌟 This role is for you if you are:
• Bilingual in English, as you will interact daily with prospects in English.
• Persistent, driven, and skilled at negotiation.
• Comfortable on the phone and able to tailor your pitch.
• Solution-oriented and proactive.
• Interested in the education and training sector.
