• Conduct in-depth analysis of current data center infrastructures.
• Identify and document best practices that can be standardized and reused.
• Provide technical recommendations for improving existing setups.
• Design a project management framework to support the implementation of improvements.

• Proven expertise in Data Center engineering and operations
• Strong experience in network design and architecture
• Infrastructure analysis and optimization
• Technical documentation and reporting Experience
• Several years of experience in similar roles (7+ years preferred)
• Background in large-scale, complex organizational environments Certifications (Preferred)
• Cisco certifications (CCNP/CCIE)
• Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP) or equivalent Industry Relevance
• IT Infrastructure
• Large enterprise environments, preferably within the insurance sector Soft Skills
• Strong analytical thinking
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Result-oriented mindset
• Fluency in French & English (mandatory)
