Discover your exciting role As an Instrumentation & Control Commissioning Coordinator, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. You will support the coordination and administrative follow-up of I&C commissioning activities, ensuring proper communication, documentation management, and tracking of testing and commissioning progress throughout the project lifecycle. Explore your tasks and responsibilities Support the coordination of commissioning activities related to Instrumentation & Control systems, including BMS, EMS, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems Assist in tracking installation progress, testing activities, loop checks, and system completion status Support the preparation, compilation, and follow-up of commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, I/O lists, checklists, and work packs Maintain and update commissioning trackers, punch lists, action logs, and progress reports Coordinate communication between commissioning engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow Support the organization of meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-up of action items Assist in document control activities, ensuring proper filing, traceability, and compliance with project quality and EHS requirements Support site walkdowns and commissioning follow-up activities in coordination with the commissioning team Show your expertise Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Construction, Administration, or related field Initial experience in coordination, project support, industrial environments, or commissioning activities is a plus Basic understanding of Instrumentation & Control systems and commissioning processes Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams Proficiency in MS Office and document management/tracking tools Fluency in English and French (min.
