Résumé du poste Dans le cadre du lancement de la première édition de Cira, le Refuge et du développement du Jenny Bar, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire dynamique et motivé(e) pour contribuer à la promotion de ces points de vente, au développement de leur activité et à la qualité de l’expérience client. Au sein de l’équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes :
• Accueil client : participer à l’accueil et à la prise en charge des clients, en veillant à leur offrir une expérience chaleureuse et personnalisée.
• Participation au service : contribuer à la mise en place, au bon déroulement du service et à la qualité de la prestation.
• Fidélisation : participer au développement de la satisfaction client, recueillir les retours et proposer des actions favorisant le retour de la clientèle.
• Lancement du concept : contribuer à la mise en valeur de Cira Hiver et à la mise en place des standards d’accueil et de service.

Profil recherché
Vous préparez une formation en hôtellerie restauration, commerce ou relation client. Dynamique, accueillant(e) et doté(e) d’un bon sens du service, vous aimez le contact client et le travail en équipe.
