đ What Do We Do?
The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.
Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.
In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.
Weâve grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and weâre now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.
Backed by over âŹ1 billion in funding, weâre looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europeâs energy transition.
If that sounds exciting, weâd love to hear from you
đŒ Your Missions
Electra opens fast-charging stations across 10 European countries. The Rollout Department is where Electrons work from Site signature to Station opening, bringing our stations to life. Rollout operations rely on a core tool, Sitetracker (built on Salesforce), used daily by 100+ internal users and external partners across Europe.
Alongside the Rollout teams, the RolloutOps team supports and drives their operational performance across Europe. You will join this team, led by Lancelot DANNE, with a mission to build and improve processes, optimize AI, workflows, automations and integrations, and ensure high-quality, consistent data for reliable forecasting and strategic decision-making.
You will lead projects that transform the way teams work: listening to users across countries, turning their challenges into solutions, delivering improvements, and ensuring their adoption. You will also develop and maintain Rollout tools and workflows (Sitetracker, Payflows, n8n, Notion, âŠ), keeping them clean, standardized and trusted.
The team is small and sees tools and AI (Anthropic solutions) as key performance levers. You will have real ownership from day one and continuously explore new solutions to help Electra become Europe's leading fast-charging network.
đŠžââïžđŠžââïžYour responsibilities
Lead projects with the business
âą Drive projects end to end, with your Team Lead: gather requirements, design solutions, build or coordinate delivery, roll them out across countries, and measure adoption.
âą Identify operational bottlenecks in our tools and processes, and turn them into improvement projects. Ops Performance is a focus.
âą Work closely with teams: Country Ops, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Expansion. Organize workshops, gather feedback, align priorities and provide clear updates.
âą Contribute to partner-facing tools: the ST Connect portal and mobile app used by our external partners. Projects you could work on
âą AI Workflows: build agents, workflows, artifacts, directly into the tools Project Managers use every day (Slack, Sitetracker, âŠ).
âą Salesforce (Sitetracker) ERP integrations: align items, receipts and stock across Sitetracker, SAP and Payflows.
âą Data Consistency Contract: country-level data quality scores, automated updates and reliable forecast history.
âą CRM for Rollout: centralize PM and partner exchanges in Sitetracker, linked to sites and projects, to open up data access and future AI use cases.
âą Forecast conditionality: Improve Forecast models via a contextualized, site-specific forecast that accounts for every site characteristic likely to shift it, such as the DNO, the voltage level or the permit type.
âą Enablement, Training & Knowledge Management: AI and Sitetracker. Keep tools & workflows reliable
âą Automate wherever possible: leverage AI, Flows, validation rules, Apex and LWC to streamline operations.
âą Administer Salesforce (Sitetracker): automate support operations and manage users, permissions, licenses, sandboxes, releases and vendor support cases.
âą Maintain standards: data models, naming conventions, documentation and security. Review teammates' changes through pull requests.
âą Build & maintain integrations between Salesforce and other tools: Sitetracker, HubSpot, Payflows, Snowflake/Omni, Slack and SAP, with automated checks that catch issues before they impact country teams.
âą Maintain country forecast templates: milestones, lead times and critical paths. đ
